Front Desk Coordinator

Jennifer LaSalle is the Front Desk Coordinator for TransformHealth Physical Therapy and Coaching, where she combines her strong organizational skills and warm personality to create a welcoming and supportive experience for every patient. A lifelong resident of Garden City, Jennifer holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Newman University and a Bachelor of Science in Vocational Home Economics Education from Kansas State University.

Jennifer’s professional background includes more than three decades in education, where she supported students, families, and communities through teaching and leadership. Most recently, she served as the Family and Community Wellness Agent for K-State Research and Extension, promoting health education and wellness initiatives throughout the community.. Her work focused on empowering individuals to make healthier choices and live well across all stages of life.

Jennifer is trained in a variety of evidence-based wellness programs, including the National Diabetes Prevention Program Lifestyle Coach training, Walk with Ease, Matter of Balance, and others. She is also a Certified Nutrition Educator and trained facilitator in QPR suicide prevention and COMET (Changing Our Mental & Emotional Trajectory), reflecting her strong interest in both physical and mental wellness.

She currently serves as secretary on the LiveWell Finney County Health Coalition board and was recognized with the Crystal Apple Award in 1998 for her excellence in education.

Outside of the clinic, Jennifer enjoys sewing, quilting, and crocheting. She also practices yoga and enjoys walking, using both as tools to support her own well-being. Jennifer enjoys family time with her husband Roger and their two sons, Blake and Tyler and daughter-in-law, Cam.
