His professional journey includes founding and operating Accelacare Physical Therapy for nearly 16 years before selling the practice in 2022. Following this, he served as a home health physical therapist at Wildcat Home Health and Physical Therapy. In 2025, Dr. Wickwar embarked on a new entrepreneurial venture by establishing TransformHealth Physical Therapy & Coaching, bringing his extensive experience and specialized expertise.
